Fantastic supportive staff
The whole team of staff where absolutely fantastic - not only friendly but very professional. They kept in regular contact with us, keeping us informed and up to date. They were really helpful not just in the sale of our property but also in the purchase of our new home, giving advise and hints and tips, and going beyond what you would expect and beyond their role. At times of potential staff they where readily contactable and helped tackle the situation making the experience more enjoyable. I felt reassured by the staff and confident we were in good hands. The staff are really approachable and made me feel more comfortable to ask questions knowing I would get an honest answer. Can't thank the team enough!

We couldn't have had better service when selling our aunt's bungalow. Richard Birks was very caring and considerate with our aunt, who is 88 years old, when he came out to do a valuation and in relation to viewings. Also we cannot thank Lily Anthony (branch manager) and Jean Wright enough for their help too with dealing with viewings and all that is involved with selling a property. They were very good when a prospective buyer had to unfortunately drop out of buying the property. It was quickly back on the market and a viewing arranged which resulted in the property being sold all within a week of the first one falling through, We would not hesitate to recommend them.
