Unfortunately the first person in the chain had problems with the help to buy scheme so exchanging contracts seemed to take forever. Thank goodness we had Dean to help us. He was fantastic and was always happy to help no matter how many times I pestered him and was able to find out far more than my solicitor ever could. I spoke to Laura from Farrell Heyworth around 6 months ago regarding my rental property but the timings weren’t right for myself and the property I wanted to rent out needed more work than I thought when I bought it so Laura went through everything I needed to know then and said she would contact me in the agreed time of 6 months to catch up and see where I’m up too and that she did! Very efficient and thorough and put me ease throughout the whole process. I don’t live local so I’ve relied on Laura to sort everything...she’s out done herself and made everything easy! Anybody looking or thinking of renting their property out then I can highly recommend speaking to Laura Gill!! Thanks again!
